We have three packages available, the bronze package includes all of the above security services with the exception of patch management. This is a high value offering of managed IT security for your core IT components and will protect your user devices, email inboxes and provide data backup for supported users emails and cloud files. The package also includes 'pay-per-ticket' remote IT support for any IT issues supported users may have. Individual pricing for this is available on request.

Our Silver package includes our complete patch management add on which enables full patch management and update capabilities to remediate vulnerabilities in software. This also enables the capability to create policies on user devices for uniformity across your IT deployment and provide granular monitoring for proactive problem resolution.

The Gold and most advanced package includes all of the above but with unlimited remote IT support through our support channels and helpdesk. This is suitable for customers that have a greater requirement for end user IT support to be paired with the managed IT security offering.
