• Wireless Site Survey: A comprehensive wireless site survey was conducted to identify areas with poor coverage and interference. This involved analysing the physical layout of the office space, identifying potential sources of interference, and assessing signal strength in various locations.
• Network Traffic Analysis: Utilising network monitoring tools, JGC IT conducted a thorough analysis of network traffic patterns to identify bottlenecks, prioritise critical applications, and optimise bandwidth allocation.

An asset inventory is taken, providing a list of devices being used on the LAN, e.g. wireless access points and switches.
